FAQs
How is what you do different from a Producer?
A producer delivers the project. I deliver the project and fix the bits that aren't working.
Where a producer might stay in their lane, I look at the whole picture - team dynamics, stakeholder politics, business impact - and keep things moving when they’d otherwise stall. I’m not just here to tick boxes; I’m here to get it over the line, cleanly and calmly, no matter how messy it starts.
OK, but why work with you? What’s so different?
It’s not just about delivery - it’s about people.
Leadership with empathy feels rare nowadays. Projects thrive when team dynamics are understood, tensions are managed quietly, and clients feel heard. Discretion, calm under pressure, and clear communication make all the difference, especially when things get messy.
It’s not about shouting the loudest. It’s about knowing when to speak, what to say, and how to keep things moving.
Do you only work in media & tech?
Nope. That’s where it started, but now it's about complex, high-stakes projects wherever they show up. Construction, minerals, oil, healthcare - anywhere that needs clear thinking, steady delivery, and someone who can pull it over the line.
Can you parachute in late?
Yes - and that’s often how I’ve been brought in. It’s also when the work matters most. Whether things are over budget, off-track, or just stuck, stepping in midstream is a core part of what I do.
Do you work solo or bring a team?
It depends on the job. Sometimes one person is all it takes. Sometimes extra hands are needed, and I’ll bring in trusted specialists. The point is: it gets done, and it gets done right.
Is this confidential?
Always. Discretion is built in, from internal politics to external optics. Some of the best work I’ve done is work no one ever knew I was part of.
Is this project management or something else?
It’s project management, and then some. Delivery is just the start. Expect leadership, strategy, client handling, and a steady hand when things get political, emotional, or downright chaotic.
